It's week 2 of classes but it's not too late to join! Head over to newcolumbiaswing.org/classes/ to join us for Swing 1, Swing 2, or Special Topics.Aside from the class series, at 9pm, there will also be a Special One-off Advanced Balboa class ft. guest instructor, Jeremy Otth! Work on your connection subtlety and partnered timing with special guest instructor and 2026 California Balboa Classic champion, Jeremy Otth, who will be joined by NCS Director of Education and 2025 California Balboa Classic champion, Annabel Quisao. This class requires facility with Bal Swing lollies, out and ins, tossouts, and Pure Balboa basics including upholds, downholds, and ad-lib steps like crab walks and paddle turns. Some familiarity with multi-turns and various hand connections would be preferable.
SCHEDULE:
All classes (including a drop-in beginner lesson which is included with your admission) run from 8pm to 9pm. Then practice what you've learned to the music of one of our amazing DJs from 9pm to 11pm.
