This intentional, low-impact class focuses on small, controlled movements that build deep core strength, stability, and total-body tone. Using your own bodyweight, pilate balls, and light dumbbells on the mat, you’ll improve posture, balance, and flexibility while strengthening from the inside out.Each movement is slow, precise, and purposeful designed to help you connect to your muscles, protect your joints, and move with confidence. Expect to leave feeling stronger, longer, and refreshed.
