Our Courtyard Tales in the Fort, will tell you the origins of Perch Rock Battery and Lighthouse, The Conflicts of the River Mersey, such as: The Press Gangs and the Royal Navy, CSS Shenandoah, Secret Tunnels, Shipwrecks and Storms. Finishing with the One Legged Diver and the Sea Captain’s Murder at the New Brighton Hotel. We will then give you a history of the Art Murals around the Victorian Quarter.
Join our knowledgeable Historian & Author for an entertaining 90 minute Promenade walk, telling and showing some interesting and strange facts about New Brighton’s extraordinary hidden history and buildings with many a strange tale to tell.
