Our Historian will be introducing you to the History of Fort Perch Rock & Lighthouse as you undertake a Journey through the Centuries of the Seaside. Starting with the Days of Smugglers, Life on the Homefront during Wartime and the Post War Years of the Fairground and Entertainment in the Seaside Resort.
New Brighton was the Holiday Resort for many visitors via Ferry, Railway and motorcar for many years. Remember the days of visiting the fairground, swimming at the outdoor bathing pool, riding the ferry across the Mersey, dancing at the Tower Ballroom or even at The Chelsea Reach, The Grand and RJ's. You will remember all the old places that you lived in days gone by and shown photographs on how changes have ocurred from then to now.
