Curious about swing dancing? Come dance with us!Swing dance is a joyful dance that grew out of jazz music in the 1920s–40s, from the African American community in Harlem. You can dance with a partner or enjoy the music and dance solo. It’s very relaxed and full of improvisation.
We’ll begin with a beginner-friendly class, where we’ll explore the basics of swing dance together. No partner and no experience needed. After the class, we’ll keep the music going so you can practice, social dance, and have fun.
