New Beginnings — Spring Equinox: Movement & Vision Boards

Spring is on the horizon & what better way to celebrate this new season with inner reflection, all while setting goals and intentions for the remainder of the year.

We will begin our Session with a Movement and flow sequence, reflecting on clearing the mind & opening up space for new intentions. followed by creating your own Vision Board , that represents your goals and plans for this new season of growth & inner bloom.

There will be snacks, beverages and & flowing conversations. This is a time where nature comes back to life representing renewal, balance and more light. Lets us gather together by being creative while moving our bodies through this seasonal transition.
