New Beginnings - Yoga & Art Workshop Saturday the 18th of January
Time: 5pm-7.30pm
First days of the year are very symbolic and are often associated with new beginnings. We can say that new year is like new birth - new chance to ask ourselves if we are living the life we wish for.
This workshop aims to support us on the journey of yet another new beginning by creating a space to set the clear intention for the path ahead combined with gentle yoga and mindful art of mandala drawing to enter new chapter of our lives with a clarity and focus.
