Dr. Pastor Frances Lakey is a full-time evangelist and pastor who travels across the U.S. leading healing services, revivals, prayer meetings, and shut-ins to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ. God has blessed her with the New Beginnings Healing and Deliverance Ministries, a bi-monthly prayer service where souls are saved and signs and wonders follow. Her mission is simple and based on Isaiah 61, "The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives."
