Dal 14 novembre al 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐠𝐥𝐢 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢 un focus espositivo dedicato alla memoria delle bambine accolte nei primi decenni del Novecento.
La mostra nasce dal progetto pilota promosso dall’Istituto degli Innocenti in collaborazione con 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐩𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 e presenta una selezione di oltre cento segnali di riconoscimento appartenuti alle bambine accolte tra il 1900 e il 1921, insieme ai documenti che ne raccontano le vicende.

Un percorso che unisce oggetti, immagini e testimonianze per restituire visibilità alle storie delle piccole “nocentine” e offrire al pubblico un’occasione di riflessione sulla memoria e sulla condizione femminile del primo Novecento.

“𝐆𝐢𝐫𝐥𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐯𝐞: 𝟏𝟗𝟎𝟎–𝟏𝟗𝟐𝟏”
From 14 November at the 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐠𝐥𝐢 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢 an exhibition on the memory of the girls taken in during the first decades of the 20th century.
The exhibition originates from a pilot project promoted by the Istituto degli Innocenti in collaboration with the 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐩𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 and presents a selection of over one hundred identification tokens belonging to girls admitted between 1900 and 1921, together with documents telling their stories.
A journey that combines objects, images and testimonies to restore visibility to the stories of the young “nocentine” and offer the public an opportunity to reflect on memory and the condition of women in the early 20th century.
