Thank you for your interest in supporting SCSPLS and sharing your services with our members.
Sponsorship is divided into several categories. According to the level of sponsorship, sponsors receive a variety of additional conference incentives.
All sponsorships receive the following: company logo will be included in all conference brochures, logo will appear on the SCSPLS website with a link to your company website for one year, recognition on the SCSPLS newsletters and event signage at the conference.
Platinum Sponsor: $4,500.00 (SOLD)
- Four (4) event registrations
- Two booths (2) 6’ table in the Trade Show Area with choice of tables 1-32 (first come, first served)
- Lunch recognition (a 3-4 minute infomercial for your company during the lunch),
- Signage during the event, recognition on the SCSPLS website and newsletters with link to your site
Diamond Sponsor: $4,000.00 (SOLD)

- Wi-Fi Password will be your companies name, so everyone will put it in to access wi-fi
- Signage saying you are wi-fi sponsor and your company name as password
Doc-In-A-Box: $1,250 (1 Available)
- Two (2) event registrations,
- Dual Logoed reusable small bag with your company logo and the SCSPLS Logo so attendees can fill with Advil, antacids, Tylenol, Queasy Drops, mints, etc.

YSN Networking Sponsor: $500
- This sponsorship helps fund the transportation and the FUN at Stars and Strikes

Trade Show Exhibit Option - Trade Show Booth - $900.00 (first come, first served after sponsors requests are honored)Includes 6 ft. table – booth may be manned by two company representatives. For this fee ($900) only one exhibitor may participate fully in the program. If another representative wishes to participate, the fee is $190.00 each
- One (1) attendee for the Conference.
Platinium, Diamond, Gold, Silver or Bronze Level sponsors AND Trade Show Booths may purchase additional annual meeting registrations for $190 each which includes meals, breaks, sessions and PDH’s. For those interested in just meals-breakfast, lunch and breaks, the price is $100.00.
