Never Stop London Tuesday Session - Elevation Run

COVID-19 Guidelines - Even though restrictions are easing, we will continue to follow the same rules for a safe training environment:

• Please BRING a face mask and hand sanitiser
• PLACES ARE LIMITED due to COVID restrictions
• DO NOT ATTEND OUR SESSION if you feel unwell, have had any symptoms related to COVID-19 within the last 14 days or have come into contact with someone with COVID-19
• If you do show any sign of Covid-19 symptoms within 7 days of attending our session, please contact the NSL Team asap
• You MUST have a ticket to attend

We help to inspire our community to explore more of the outdoors. Whether you are into running, climbing, hiking or other mountain sports or just want to keep fit, we can help you achieve those adventure goals. Come and join the community of outdoor enthusiasts!

TUESDAY SESSIONS: Focusing on hiking and trail running, each month we will be hosting 4 different weekly sessions in different locations around London.

• WEEK 1: Hike to Run (2.5km walk, building to 5km run)
• WEEK 2: Road to Trail (Start from the city and head to the local trails)
• WEEK 3: Fartlek Run (Varying speeds with mixed running drills)
• WEEK 4: Elevation Run (Hill focused with varying locations around London)

THIS WEEK'S SESSION: ELEVATION RUN

This week we will be getting some elevation in, with a 7km run up and down Highgate's famous hills. Sessions are FREE. All abilities welcome. NO BAG DROP - Only bring what you need.

• WHEN: Tuesday 28 September
• MEET: 6:15pm
• START TIME: 6:30pm
• DISTANCE: 7km run
• START/END LOCATION: By the square near TSB Bank next to Archway Station
