A guided book series for business professionals who are ready to strengthen customer relationships, improve client experience, and build lasting loyalty in business.
This summer at Elevate Coworking, we will be reading Never Lose a Customer Again by Joey Coleman and discussing the eight phases of the customer journey together in a practical, discussion-based format designed for real-world application.
This is more than a traditional book club. Each session is intended to encourage thoughtful conversation, practical insight, and meaningful reflection on the way we serve and retain clients in our businesses.
Registration includes all eight sessions in the Summer 2026 Elevate Book Series. Participants register one time for the complete series.
Participants are responsible for purchasing their own copy of the book prior to the start of the series.

$75 one-time registration fee for non-members.
