Never Here (3pm MATINEE performance)

Never Here is an evening of contemporary dance presented by Westside Dance Project, marking the company’s first season under co-directors Corwin Barnette and Troy Herring.

The performance features original choreography by Corwin Barnette, Troy Herring, Norbert De La Cruz III, Imani Frazier, Juliano Nunes, Ethan Colangelo, Akira Uchida, and Tiare Keeno, performed by a remarkable group of pre-professional dancers known for their technical strength, musicality, and expressive depth.

With themes of presence, impermanence, and connection woven throughout the evening, Never Here invites audiences into a dynamic and emotionally resonant experience. The performance is accompanied by live music and original scoring by Philip Daniel, creating an immersive dialogue between movement and sound.

Runtime: approximately 90 minutes, including one 15-minute intermission.
