Our March Open Studio will feature "Never Forever", an exhibition honoring the life and work of Gregory Maxim Burdett.Formerly the Director and Lead Mentor of our Video & Motion Design Studio, Greg was a multimedia artist who made a name for himself in graffiti writing, painting, illustration, graphic design, film, and music. Greg co-founded Project SF, a Boston/NYC based mixed media artist collective that has since expanded globally. He had just completed his MFA at Emerson College and had begun a promising career in the film industry, having joined the New England Union of Studio Mechanics and working on several feature films.
The AFH gallery will be filled with Greg’s vibrant energy, attitude, and wit and visitors will be able to get an up close look at the prolific body of work he created during his lifetime. Join us for art, laughter and dancing as we remember our dear friend and the impact he made on the lives of all those he touched. The exhibition will run from March 29th until May 22nd.
Studio tours will be ongoing throughout the night where you’ll learn about our mission, meet and greet our teen artists as they work, and witness the creative process in action.
