On Saturday October 12 2024 the Nevada Humanities Literary Crawl returns to downtown Reno. Join the community as we celebrate the written word! From 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. participants will have the opportunity to choose from a variety of activities such as workshops panel discussions book signings and family friendly activities. This event is free and open to the public and invites people of all ages to experience the power of storytelling and literature.
The Nevada Humanities Literary Crawl is more than just a local event it's the largest literary festival in northern Nevada. Drawing hundreds of literature enthusiasts writers poets and cultural explorers each year. The day will unfold across many local venues along the California Avenue corridor in downtown Reno.
There is something for everyone making it a family friendly event. In addition to the workshops and panels there will be a variety of activities tailored to engage younger audiences and introduce them to the joy of reading and writing. Along with 21+ activities that will take place at The Loving Cup and 1864 Tavern with discussions poetry and more.
