Neuter Scooter is a transportation resource available locally for cats to help provide access to spay/neuter services. CARE Animal Rescue is collaborating once again with The Ontario SPCA & Humane Society of Renfrew County and with the Lanark Leeds & Grenville Spay Neuter Clinic in Brockville to provide a cost-effective spay/neuter clinic for cats on April 8th at their clinic in Brockville. These services include transportation to the clinic, same day services (No overnight stays) Cats must be dropped off early in the morning at 190 Mask Rd, in Renfrew (in the parking lot by the yellow caboose) and collected that evening. (Exact times to be determined)
Fee Guide: (Please note: Payment is due in full by March 30th, 2026)
All participating cats must be healthy and between 12 weeks and 5 years old. *Male cats must have two visible testicles. *
Male cats $ 135.00 plus tax
Female cats $ 230.00 plus tax
CARE Animal Rescue will pay for the transportation and provide a rabies vaccination at no extra charge to the pet owner.

Here’s your first step to register your cat:
If you are in Renfrew County, and you would like to learn more about this resource and register your cat, please send an email to [email protected] with your cat’s name to be added to the guest list. Please include your full name, address, email address, and phone number, along with your cat’s name, age, colour, hair length (short or long), and gender. Name of veterinarian if you have one. ALL information is required to complete the registration process.
The spay/neuter clinic will contact you about registration approval and payment. Do not send e-transfers to the rescue.
