Neuroinclusivity Workshop

The Clear Company’s Neuroinclusivity Workshop helps you understand the potential of neurodivergent individuals and how to support neurodiversity in your workplace.

• What does ‘Neurodiversity’ mean? – We explore appropriate terminology and differences between terms such as neurodivergent, neurodiverse, and neurotypical.
• The Social Model of Disability – Understand the Social Model of Disability and its importance for introducing a positive narrative focusing on neurodivergent people’s strengths.
• Sensory differences and masking in the workplace – Better understand the impact of sensory differences and how they can impact your neurodivergent colleagues, as well as the phenomenon and impact of masking.
• How to create accessible work environments for neurodivergent employees – We share practical examples of how to support neurodivergent colleagues and create accessibility throughout the employee lifecycle.

We welcome staff from multiple organisations for this date, allowing as many people as required from your organisation to participate. Alternatively, please contact us if you would like an in-house session for your organisation.
