About this Event
Join us for a guided introduction to Neurographic Art, an innovative form of expressive therapy. This transformative method blends psychology, mindfulness, and abstract art to help release stress, rewire emotional patterns, and tap into deep inner wisdom.
In this workshop, we will settle into class with some guided breathwork, then learn about the philosophy behind neurographic lines, explore the method's connection to Gestalt principles and Jungian concepts, and you will create your own layered artwork using intuitive lines, shapes, and colours.
No artistic experience is necessary - just openness, curiosity, and a willingness to explore.
Meet your teachers!
Meet Andrea: trauma-informed meditation teacher & Reiki practitioner/teacher. Andrea is a joyful explorer of mindful creativity, art, photography, maker of jewelry, and all things wellness. She brings her playful curiosity into her work supporting stress relief, emotional regulation, and overall well-being.
Meet Jacqui: BA + BEd, post-grad psychology, yoga training, and a long list of creative passions (comic! cook! maker of everything fun!). She fell in love with Neurographic Art because it lets her imagination stretch, wander, and breathe.
