Managing neurodiverse clients is rarely a black and white process. We often encounter shady grey areas presented by Adult ADHD and ASD. You are not alone in feeling there are more aspects to diagnosing and managing neurodivergent clients than can be seen on the surface.

This is why I have developed a specialised ADHD MasterClass to help fellow professionals bridge this gap. Our intensive sessions aim to help you move from uncertainty to clinical competence.
How does this help myself & my clients?
A core focus of my workshop is exploring how a robust diagnosis can be made contextually, moving beyond simple checklists to evidence based models, which capture the true functional impact on your clients’ life. We will discuss the Marsai Collaborative Model, a framework refined over the past three years which integrates our CNC (Clinical Nurse Consultant) and specialised Coaches to support you and your client. This extends your scoping of neurodiversity and subsequent management to a functional remediation extending far beyond standard CBT and superficial testing.

We all know medications are not a ‘magic pill.’ For the best outcome, medications supplemented with coaching provide knowledge, understanding and strategies for your clients. This will enhance your clients’ response to your treatment.
