- Running a business while managing an inattentive or scattered mind can be a daily challenge — and traditional productivity advice often doesn’t fit. This interactive session is designed specifically for neurodiverse women in business who want to find practical, flexible ways to stay on track without forcing themselves into rigid systems that don’t work. In this 30-minute workshop, you’ll: • Explore a range of practical strategies that support focus, organisation, and follow-through. • Learn a set of quick fixes you can use when you feel stuck or can’t get started on tasks. • Take part in hands-on brainstorming, so you leave with ideas that suit your unique way of working. • Build your own “drawer of strategies” — because not every approach works all the time, but having options gives you flexibility and confidence. You’ll also receive a workbook handout to help capture ideas during the session and to use as a reference afterwards. This is not about forcing yourself into one way of working — it’s about building a personalised, empowering toolkit so you can navigate your business with more ease, flow, and self-trust.
Confidence to market yourself without burnout, overwhelm, or chasing leads.
