Through cacao, meditation, and a guided creative process, you will have space to slow down, release emotional tension, and look at an important personal question from a new perspective.

We begin with ceremonial cacao and a guided meditation to help you relax, calm the mind, and connect with your body and heart.

You will be guided through a structured mindful creative practice. You will bring a personal question, feeling, or situation onto paper and explore it through lines, colours, symbols, and reflection.
𝟑. 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 — 𝟏𝟎 𝐦𝐢𝐧
At the end, we will take time to reflect, write down insights, share, and integrate the experience.

Yoga teacher and ceremonial cacao facilitator. Laura has recently returned from Guatemala, where she deepened her connection with natural cacao, its origin, traditions, and stories. During the event, she will share her personal experience and guide you through the cacao ceremony and meditation, creating a calm, warm, and heart-opening space.

Founder of NEURO ME by Ruta, certified Neurographica instructor, coach, and NeuroCreative experience guide. Rūta came to this work through her own journey of self-discovery and inner healing. She creates intuitive creative spaces where people can explore their inner state, meet themselves more honestly, and find new clarity through mindful drawing, reflection, and creativity.
