Ages 5-6 years | Net
The basics of netball are introduced through fun, simple activities that keep children moving and engaged.
Ages 7-8 years | Set
Children build on their movement skills while being introduced to exciting netball techniques and strategies.
Ages 9-10 years | Go
Netball techniques are refined while continuing to improve overall coordination.
