Table Registration for NESA Members: Opens on Tuesday, April 7.
Table Registration for Non-Members: Opens on Thursday, April 9.
Registration Cost: $20 per 8 foot table, maximum two tables per individual.
Deadline for Registration: Friday, May 15.
Payment Methods: Cash, cheque, debit/credit accepted. Vendors can register in person at NESA's Front Office or over the phone by calling 780-496-6969.
Set Up Date: Friday, May 22 from 3:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
Refreshments: Everyone is welcome to bring their own food and beverages.
The Late Bloomer's Garden Club will be hosting their Annual May Plant Sale during this time in Room 105. Come and see their plants!
Refunds: Refunds will only be given if the event is cancelled or if a replacement vendor is found on the waitlist. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Special Note: We will not be allowing any table vendors to sell the following items: Food items, weapons, drug paraphernalia, explicit items, large furniture, and other large items.
