Held by Claire, Brodie, and Astrid, this deeply intentional space weaves together restorative practices that speak directly to the body’s innate wisdom and capacity to heal.
Through this 2-hour journey, you’ll be guided into parasympathetic ease — the state where the body restores, recalibrates, and remembers its wholeness:
✨ Yin Yoga with Claire — gentle, grounded postures held with softness to release stored tension and signal safety to the nervous system
✨ Yoga Nidra — a profound meditative rest, inviting your awareness to drift inward, where deep neural repair and rewiring can unfold
✨ Live Sound Healing with Brodie & Astrid — including harp, voice, and therapeutic instruments, offering vibrational nourishment to balance your energy field and calm the mind
Together, we’ll create a sacred pause — a space to unhook from urgency, soften into presence, and return to your natural state of balance.
