This one-hour experience is designed to guide the body and mind into deep, restorative rest. You’ll settle comfortably into a supported resting position as you are gently guided through Yoga Nidra, a meditation practice often described as “yogic sleep.” In this state, the body relaxes deeply while the mind remains quietly aware, allowing layers of tension to unwind.
Throughout the practice, the soothing tones of a sound bath create a calming field of vibration that supports the nervous system in shifting out of stress and into a state of rest and restoration.
There is nothing to do, nowhere to be, and nothing to achieve.
Simply lie down, soften, and receive.
Many people leave this practice feeling deeply refreshed, clear, and restored — as if the body and mind have been given space to reset from the inside out.
Because the body temperature naturally drops during stillness and deep relaxation, we recommend dressing in warm layers, including socks. You’re also welcome to bring any personal comfort items such as a pillow, blanket, eye mask, or anything else that helps you settle in comfortably.
No prior meditation or yoga experience is needed. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class starting to allow time to settle in with ease.
