About this Event
Most people try to “think” their way out of stress and burnout — but your nervous system needs something different.
Sacred Nervous System Reset is a 1.5-hour workshop of body-based and energetic practices to help you downshift out of survival mode and land back in yourself. This isn’t a mindset workshop — it’s a guided experience to actually feel your system soften, settle, and reset.
The Myco Wellness Center is sponsoring refreshments for the night, including functional mushroom tea, fresh fruit, and microdosing chocolates. 🍄✨Doors open at 5pm with a 5:30pm start time.
We’ll move through:
• Nervous system education + regulation tools in simple, practical language
• Somatic and energetic alignment practices to release stored tension and emotional build-up
• Guided meditation to quiet the mind and bring you back into your body
• Breathwork to gently build and release stuck energy
• Sound bath for deep rest and integration
• Guided reflection so you leave with insight — not just a “nice experience”
This evening is for you if:
• You’ve been running on stress or anxiety for a while and your body is tired
• Your sleep, mood, or focus have been off and you want a deeper reset
• You’re curious about somatic + nervous system work and want a safe, guided introduction
• You hold a lot for others (parent, caregiver, leader, healer) and rarely have a space that holds you
No previous experience needed with meditation, breathwork, or sound healing. Everything is guided, and you are always in choice with how deep you go.
What to bring:
• Water bottle
• Journal + pen (optional)
Wear comfortable clothing you can move and breathe in.
You don’t have to keep pushing through.
