Take a pause from the noise of daily life and return to yourself through a deeply restorative 3-hour immersion designed to support stress release, emotional regulation, and embodied awareness.
Through somatic movement, intentional breathwork, meditation, and sound healing, you’ll be gently guided into a space of grounding, presence, and nervous system balance. Together, we’ll move stored tension through the body, connect through breath and rhythm, and settle into deep rest and integration.
This experience is open to all levels and created to cultivate safety within the body while strengthening connection within community. 🤍
