In a world that keeps us in survival mode, our nervous systems often become overstimulated, disconnected, and exhausted. RESET is a 4-week immersive sound healing journey designed to gently guide participants from stress and dysregulation back into balance, safety, grounding, and inner harmony.

Each week focuses on a different chakra and emotional center of the body, using restorative sound frequencies, breathwork, meditation, intention setting, and somatic relaxation techniques to support nervous system healing and energetic alignment.

Guests will be invited to soften, release, reconnect, and restore through crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, drums, vocal toning, guided meditation, aromatherapy, and intentional frequencies designed for deep healing.

WEEK 2 — FLOW

Sacral Chakra Reset

Theme: Emotional Release • Creativity • Pleasure

The Sacral Chakra governs emotions, sensitivity, pleasure, movement, and flow. This week focuses on releasing stored emotional tension, reconnecting to joy, and softening emotional overwhelm held in the nervous system.

Guests will be guided into emotional fluidity and self-compassion while activating gentle creative and sensual energy.

• Flow-state sound bath immersion
• Journaling and intention practice

Himalayan salt walls emit free negative ions which are absorbed by the body. The negative ions emitted from Himalayan salt also balance the body’s positive-to-negative ion ratio, allowing for more blood flow and oxygen uptake. Moreover, the negative ions emitted neutralize positive ions from dust and pollen. The labyrinth is an ancient symbol used by multiple societies and dates back 4,000 years.

Resembling a maze, the labyrinth symbolizes a journey inward, towards your true self, followed by a journey outward to reconnect with the external world.

Our labyrinth is located in the front courtyard surrounded by the four elements (water, earth, air, fire)
