Sometimes it just needs the right conditions to remember.
This crystal bowl sound bath is an invitation into those conditions.
Tisse (queer, curious, and lovingly obsessed with helping humans thrive) creates a space where you don’t have to try to relax, figure anything out, or “do” anything at all. You simply lie down while waves of tone and vibration move through the room and through you.
Here’s the delicious part:
Everything is vibration.
Your thoughts. Your cells. Your emotions. Your nervous system.
The bowls. The air. The floor beneath you.
When the bowls sing, they create steady, coherent vibrations that your body can entrain to like a tuning fork reminding another tuning fork what it feels like to hum in harmony. Your system begins to match what it senses. Breath slows. Muscles unclench. Thoughts loosen their grip. The nervous system gets the message: I'm safe.
This is where the shift happens from survival mode into restoration mode.
Many people drift into that in-between place where you’re not quite awake and not quite asleep. The exact zone where the body does some of its most powerful recalibrating and healing.
It can feel floaty. Grounded. Emotional. Clear. Spacious. Different for everyone.
The only effort required is getting yourself to The Urban Ashram. After that, the sound takes over. First-timers are warmly welcome. No experience. No expectations. Just you, a mat, and the ancient, mystical, very-real science of vibration helping your body remember how to rest, how to settle, and how to hum again in peace, joy, and clarity.
