This class is open to all and will be a wonderful experience both for those who are brand new to meditation as well as those who are experienced in meditation. Join us and allow yourself to be guided on a relaxing and rejuvenating journey where you will balance your nervous system, calm your mind, reduce your stress, and empower yourself for what lies ahead in life.
Along with a certifications in Meditation and Holistic Coaching, Connie is also a certified Breath-work Instructor and Coach with years of experience, and she will guide you into simple and powerful breath patterns that are proven to reduce stress, stabilize your nervous system, and leave you feeling calm and rested. Connie is also an Expert Level Certified Sound Healer, and may use singing bowls, chimes, or other instruments to help enhance and deepen the meditation experience.
