Do you ever feel like you wish you could unplug yourself to see if you work better after being plugged back in? Well, this class will do just that! We will start with a Guided Meditation to ground and center.
I will introduce the class to Somatic Movement and how it correlates with hatha (traditional) yoga.
We will end the class with Restorative Yoga and an Energy Clearing.
At the end of class, each student will Receive a Coupon for $20 off a Reiki Session Scheduled within the next 120 days. (Value $80)
Class will be from 11am-12:30pm
There will be a little time to chat a little and have tea after.
