As the season ramps up, many of us ride the highs of connection right alongside waves of stress, nostalgia, or old family dynamics. This class is a gentle reset: a space to come home to yourself, steady your system, and remember what actually matters to you.
You’ll be guided through experiential practices that help you regulate your body’s stress response, stay grounded in presence, and build boundaries that keep you feeling resourced instead of drained. You’ll leave feeling clearer, calmer, and better able to navigate the season with compassion for yourself and the people you love (even the tricky ones).

Amanda Cipriano is a certified executive coach and organization development leader with a passion for helping people and workplaces thrive. With over a decade of experience guiding individuals and teams through growth and transformation, Amanda also brings heart-centered wisdom from her own spiritual journey, blending coaching, intuition, and soulful practices to support holistic well-being. Lindsey Thome is a certified leadership team coach and organization development consultant helping individuals and teams unlock what’s possible. Lindsey has a natural ability to see patterns and potential, shining a light on what others may miss: that true impact starts in the quietest reflections, the smallest shifts, and the boldest dreams.
