Join us for a fun night of gaming, pizza, and high-speed competition at Nerdvana!
Whether you're coming to compete or just hang out and play casually, it's going to be a great time.
📍 Greenhill area – 3003 W 2nd St, Wilmington, DE 19805
🗓 Schedule:
• 2:00 PM – Event begins / gaming starts 🎮
• 4:00 – 5:30 PM – Park meetup 🌳
• 6:00 PM – Pizza order (optional $5 chip-in if you want some 🍕)
• 7:00 PM – Sonic CrossWorlds Tournament 🏁🔥
• After the tournament – More gaming & chill hangout
• 10:30 PM – Wrap-up
🏁 Tournament Details:
We’ll be running a fun, competitive Grand Prix-style tournament:
• 2 screens running simultaneously
• 4 players per screen (8 players at a time)
• High speed tier races
• Top 2 players from each group advance
Same smooth format as our previous Mario Kart-style tournaments — easy to jump in and fun to compete!
🌳 Park Meetup (4:00 – 5:30 PM)
We’ll head over to the park to get some fresh air between the gaming!
• Flying the Sonic drone 🌀
• Tossing around a Nerf football & frisbee 🏈🥏
• Relaxing, walking, and hanging out
Always a great mid-event break before the tournament kicks off.
🍕 Food:
• Pizza around 6:00 PM
• Bring $5 to chip in if you want some (optional)
We’ll also have:

This is a free event — no cost to attend!
🎮 Gaming All Night:
All other gaming areas will be open as usual!

– Halo Reach LAN (4 screens – up to 10 players) 🔫

✨ Adults Group – 18+ only (no exceptions)
Why? A lot of friendships (and even couples!) have formed through Nerdvana over the years, and keeping events 18+ helps protect the safety, comfort, and reputation of the community.
• Events are always lighthearted and welcoming
• Content is mostly PG-13 max
• Always alcohol-free
