ππΈ The city changes after dark. So should your photography.Join photographer Kevin Boller for Neon Noir, an immersive night photography workshop exploring the art of capturing light, shadow, atmosphere, and motion after sunset. Inspired by the cinematic worlds of classic noir and legendary night photographers, this hands-on experience will teach you how to create compelling images long after the sun goes down.
The evening begins at SBDAC with a practical deep dive into night photography techniques, including exposure, histogram reading, manual focus, and creating dramatic light trails. Then you'll head into downtown Fort Myers for a guided evening photo walk, putting those skills into action while photographing the city under the glow of streetlights, headlights, and neon reflections. The workshop concludes with a group image review and an introduction to post-processing techniques that help transform a strong image into a finished photograph.
Led by SBDAC Photography Partner Kevin Boller, this workshop is ideal for photographers ready to move beyond automatic settings and gain confidence shooting in low-light conditions.
