Session 1: DISCcovering Your Superpowers
Description:
This fun and energizing workshop introduces participants to the DISC behavioral model
through an engaging, superhero-themed experience. Attendees learn how to identify their own
behavioral strengths (“superpowers”) and recognize others’ styles to enhance collaboration and
productivity.
Expected Outcomes:
Greater self-awareness of work styles
Improved teamwork through understanding behavioral differences
Practical strategies to adapt communication for better outcomes
A shared language for discussing personality dynamics within the team
