Join BikePGH for our Neighborhood Walk on Monday, April 7th, 2025 in Oakland! In collaboration with Friendship Community Church, The Corner, and Complete Streets at Pitt.

The route will be approximately 2 miles long, and should take us an hour to complete at a leisurely pace. Children and staff from the afterschool program at The Corner will join us for the Dunseith St section of the walk.
Afterwards, we will have a social hour at Friendship Community Church, snacks provided!

These walks are designed to connect community members, spark conversations about pedestrian safety, and celebrate the beauty and character of our local neighborhoods.
Each month, explore a different Pittsburgh neighborhood, engage with neighbors, and assess street safety and accessibility. Whether you’re a long-time resident or a newcomer, these walks are a fun and informative way to connect and contribute to making our city more walkable.
Each walk is led by knowledgeable BikePGH staff and community volunteers, and will focus on key areas where improvements can be made for residents outside of the car.
