Join this fun, educational hands-on fermentation workshop at Two Frays to learn how to brew NA (<0.5% ABV) bubbly beverages at home.
About this Event

Welcome to the extraordinary world of fermented beverages! Join Trevor, educator and founder of Community Cultures, to enter the fascinating world of kombucha and wild, natural soda in this demo-based and hands-on fermentation workshop. Each ticket comes with 1 Two Frays NA drink (no alcohol is served on Mondays) and participants will experience a tasting of some of the products discussed. Note: the products discussed and sampled contain traces of alcohol (<0.5%), but are legally non-alcoholic. Participants will receive many handouts and walk away with a kombucha to start your first batch at home, information about water kefir (tibicos), a jar of soda to ferment at home, and an understanding of how to use creativity and seasonal ingredients in your fermented beverages.


A NOTE ON FOOD!

Are you worried about attending this workshop right after work without time to eat dinner? Mandu Handu will be at Two Frays offering delicious, vegan Korean food (including kimchi, to add to the fermentation frenzy!)
