Every 2nd Sunday of the month we will lead a walk through one of Charlottesville’s neighborhoods. This month we will meet at the Washington Park Pool and make our way up and down the friendly streets of the Rose Hill neighborhood. This walk will be roughly 3.0 miles on even terrain but there will be opportunities to explore some new trail projects at Washington Park! We are also going to explore some areas that need better pedestrian improvements; including sidewalks and crosswalks.
This is an opportunity for all of us to get to know our city better, learn from our neighbors and see where there are places to build a better, more connected community.
