We organize a 2 hour theory | talk session before our St. Pölten nei gong f| Dragon Dao Yin course ( 3 days , details below ).The aim of this event is to provide chance to understand and comprehend meaning and aim of nei gong practise ( Qi gong is part of it ). Be able to ask and get a closer look at this traditional internal art form.
That is designed to transform our body, create something more effective and able out of our old body, which is a better ground for qi gong.
