In this session, you'll learn how different negotiation strategies can be used to achieve better deals, service levels and create more effective, longer-lasting relationships. By exploring various negotiation styles and techniques, you’ll gain the confidence to handle different situations, from navigating promotions at work to resolving conflicts and making everyday decisions.

The training will be held on November 13th, 2024 at 9:30pm - 12.30pm (UK). This session will be delivered online so you can participate from anywhere in the world if you have access to the internet and a webcam, mic and audio.
