About this Event
Negotiating with Confidence and Clarity is an interactive conversation and workshop designed to help women strengthen their negotiation skills in business and leadership settings. The event will feature insights from two top attorneys, Coni Rathbone and Brittaney Bones of VF Law, who have negotiated everything from small family business transactions to multi-million-dollar transactions. We will explore practical tactics for navigating difficult conversations, doing advance prep work, building leverage, and reaching stronger outcomes — all through real-world examples and engaging group exercises.
Hosted at Coni Rathbone's beautiful home in Eagle, Idaho, this event will be fully catered and tickets include alcoholic and N/A beverages. Coni encourages attendees to bring their swim suits, as her home is on a lake and she has a pool. Paddle boards and kayaks are available and we encourage attendees to take advanage of this after the program.
