In this one-hour therapeutic and deeply relaxing sound bath: sound vibration and frequency blends to support emotional regulation and rest . So if you can't remember the last time you had a deep sleep, or felt calm instead of wired, try this restorative, immersive session to help balance and reset your nervous system.
What to Expect
Andy is an IPHM accredited sound healer and qualified teacher, who created a supportive community where clients are supported to regulate their nervous system through sound healing, grounding practices, and simple wellness rituals.
In this session the gentle, immersive sounds from crystal and tibetan singing bowls, HAPI drum and chimes, will guide you into a state of relaxation. After a sound bath clients have noticed it relieved stress and tension, promoted emotional and physical healing, encouraged deep relaxation and stillnes and supported their nervous system regulation and balance.
What to Bring & Wear
For this sound bath session, you will be lying on the floor for the duration of the experience. To ensure warmth and comfort, please bring:
- A yoga mat
- A blanket (or more than one if needed)
- A pillow or cushion
- An eye mask (optional)
- A water bottle for hydration
Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to help you fully relax.

Important Considerations
Sound baths are safe for most people. The therapeutic sound waves can lead to a deeply meditative state, often creating a sense of calm, peace, and a greater connection to your inner self.
However, sound baths may not be suitable if you have any of the following conditions: Pacemaker or heart disease, Metal implants, epilepsy (especially sound-induced), Tinnitus, Vertigo or Ménière’s disease, First trimester of pregnancy,Spinal cord injury (SCI)
If you are a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), you may wish to lie further away from the sound sources. Please let me know before the session begins so instruments are not played too close to you.
Before attending, if you have any concerns, please exercise your own judgement and/or consult with your GP or relevant healthcare professional.
Sound baths are not suitable for anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Please note that a sound bath is not a medical treatment and does not replace professional medical or psychological care.
