This is a simple *invitation* to open our minds, let go of our usual perceptions/practices and deeply listen… to what’s being offered + what your individual essence, whispers.

Postures themselves have no assigned value… they are neither good nor bad, right nor wrong, nor a reflection of who* we are as limitless* beings. External postures and our outerwear offer little value to the internal compass that Yoga leads us towards.
