On Friday, August 15th we drop a small batch of dairy and vegan Nectarine Buckle Ice Cream at all locations and featuring juicy, sun-kissed nectarines from our friends at Lee’s One Fortune Farm. Our nectarine buckle was baked in house with vegan and gluten-free ingredients.A Buckle is a layer of yellow cake batter, topped with fruit, and a generous amount of crumb topping. As the cake bakes, it rises between the slices of nectarines, creating a buckled surface. Buckles resemble a fruity coffee cake and taste heavenly.
Available starting Friday, August 15th at all Hop locations while it lasts.
