This recovery class is designed to release tension and restore mobility with a focus on the neck, shoulders, and upper back—while also promoting full-body relaxation. Whether you’re battling tightness from desk work, stress, or daily life, this session is the perfect antidote to tension and fatigue.
We’ll use foam rollers, TuneUp massage balls, and targeted stretches to gently unlock stiffness and tight fascia in the neck and shoulders. At the same time, we’ll guide you through techniques that relax the entire body, creating space for deeper physical and somatic benefits, and connecting to the body on a deeper subconscious level. Each session begins with soothing breathwork to calm the nervous system and ends with restorative stretches that leave you feeling rejuvenated from head to toe.
Why shoulders, neck, and back? These areas are especially prone to holding stress, leading to tightness, poor posture, and even chronic pain. This care isn’t just physical — massage creates emotional lightness and mental clarity.

Why do we at Glow take care of the Fascia? Fascia is a thin tissue that wraps around every muscle, bone, and organ in the body. The lymphatic network, and our neural network, both are located WITHIN our fascia. It's like a network of rubber wraps that hold things together. When our fascia tightens and thickens, it leads to loss of elasticity of our entire body and causes pain, chronic tension, and arthritis in the joints.
