About this Event
Nebula is an immersive art party inspired by the origins of humanity within the depths of space. On July 11th, Haus of Other will transform the People’s Building in Aurora into a cosmic dreamscape through large scale art installations, surreal space-themed decor and futuristic alien-themed costumes.
Though humans have evolved to look different, we are all made of the same carbon and stardust that forms the universe. Nebula stems from the belief that we are all aliens, and the immigration raids taking place in our country are not only unconstitutional, but deeply immoral.
It is important that all Others stand together in this moment. To that end, we will be raising funds for the legal defense of immigrants, both in Colorado and the greater United States.
Come celebrate the beautiful differences that unite us as one. Costumes are encouraged but not required. Entertainment will include live musical acts, drag, performance art, speakers, a scavenger hunt, a costume contest, and a vendor market. Alcohol and light bites will be available for purchase.
