Thank you for your interest in the NCT Staines, Ashford & Egham Nearly New Sale on Sunday 26th April 2026, at Echelford School, TW15 1EX
The event will take place at Echelford Primary School in Ashford from 2-3pm. This will be a ticketed (sorted) sale (you drop off your items at the start of the day and collect unsold items at the end, no need to worry about displaying/haggling and no need to stay all day, but if you are able to stay, volunteering has lots of benefits).
There is some car parking available on site for sellers, buyers and volunteers, and free street parking in the surrounding area. It is also easily accessible by bus 117 (Chalmers Road stop on, Feltham Road), 290 (Ashtree Stop on Convent Road), 216 Park Road/Chessholme Road stop on Feltham Hill Road).
There are toilets on site and room for baby changing and feeding. After registering we will email you our seller's pack with full details of the sale.

Sellers
This will be a ticketed (sorted) sale (you drop off your items at the start of the day and collect unsold items at the end, no need to worry about displaying/haggling and no need to stay all day, but if you are able to stay, volunteering has lots of benefits). The registration fee will include 100 labels to add to your items. After registering we will email you our seller's pack with full details of the sale. Drop off for items will be 10.30 to 11.00 and pick up 16.30-17.00.
Volunteers
We need a minimum of 25 helpers to run the sale. As well as a receiving a reduced commission (20% instead of 30%) for your sales you will have access to a volunteer pre-sale. The more helpers we have the more successful the sale will be for buyers and sellers so please consider helping us.
