What to expect:Join us solo or with friends for a hands on pizza experience with Master Instructor Peppe Miele. You’ll learn how to make authentic Neapolitan pizza dough from scratch, work with a wood oven, and shape your pizza like a true pizzaiolo.
Once your dough is ready, you’ll customize your pizza exactly how you like it, choosing your preferred shape, size, and toppings. We’ll welcome you with a drink to get started, and you’re welcome to bring your own wine if you’d like. Vegan options are available as well.
If you choose the premium ticket, you’ll take the experience a step further. In addition to the class, you’ll receive an exclusive video recipe and an IMPASTIAMO Pizza Making Gift Box with everything you need to recreate it at home, including pizza flour, dried yeast, and tomato.
No experience is needed. Chef Peppe will guide you step by step throughout this chef led masterclass. The class is best suited for adults and teens 14+.

About Chef Peppe Miele:
Peppe Miele is the President of VPN Americas (Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana), the organization that creates true. Neapolitan. Pizza. Originally from Naples and now currently residing in Los Angeles, Peppe is an ambassador of the Neapolitan culinary tradition, sharing his expertise as an acclaimed chef, consultant, and educator.
