Whether you’re diagnosed, self-identified, or simply curious about neurodivergence — including ADHD, autism, dyslexia and more — ND BrainSpace is for you.

ND BrainSpace is a monthly group for neurodivergent adults, offering a friendly, inclusive space to connect, reflect and share real-life experiences. It’s a down-to-earth place to swap ideas, explore challenges, and build confidence together — without pressure or expectation.

In person
Sessions run on the first Wednesday of each month at Tyler House, Stratford-upon-Avon.

Online
A bitesize lunchtime online version of the same topic runs on the second Tuesday of each month — join from home or work, with your camera on or off.

Both formats follow a familiar, friendly rhythm, exploring a monthly theme with a couple of open questions to gently spark reflection and conversation. There’s no pressure to perform or share — just a welcoming space to show up as you are and feel part of a community that understands.
