He now specializes in helping businesses extract optimum value from their technology investments and minimize business risk. He also helps other MSPs and MSSPs innovate their service offerings and optimize their operations through strategic consulting and engagement services.
Areas of specialization include Operational Excellence; Security Frameworks and Best Practices; Customer Engagement; Talent Acquisition and Staff Retention; Defining and executing a positive work culture, and Project Management.
Session Description: As the New Year approaches, it’s the perfect time to reassess your organization’s cybersecurity posture. Consider adopting a new methodology: the Cyber Defense Matrix. This tool serves as a comprehensive guide for navigating the cybersecurity landscape. We’ll explore how it can identify gaps in your cybersecurity solutions and facilitate productive discussions with leadership about areas needing extra attention. Additionally, the Cyber Defense Matrix is effective for evaluating product solutions and identifying gaps and overlaps in your solution stack.
